We were so on schedule last night for the Grizzlies and the Spurs game, but that final 4th quarter that only had 39 points scored really took us to the edge, as things seemed all in hand. We are having plenty of thrilling games tonight and they may be harder to predict, but I’m hopeful for a positive outcome.

Los Angeles Lakers vs Miami Heat
- At this certain moment, the battle for the 3-6 spots in the Eastern Conference is fiercer than ever, the distance between the sides being smaller than 1.5 games and Heat, Celtics, Hawks and Hornets will encounter one another in the first round of the playoffs, the only x-factor being who is going to face who. The matter afterwards is whether they prefer to play against the Cleveland Cavaliers or the Toronto Raptors, provided these two take advantage of their home-courts. After missing the postseason action last year, Miami Heat is definitely longing for a thrilling and long experience in the playoffs this season, reason why they’ll give it their best to get a victory in Staples Center and climb up the leader board.
- After taking a look at the statistics, we notice the fact that the Lakers are going through a very rough patch, the youngsters in Los Angeles dropping 6 out of their previous 7 home stands, most of them being blown out. On the other hand, Heat has a solid away record this year, recording 10 victories in their past 15 games, and also possess the morale advantage of having won the past 4 encounters in Staples Center in the past couple of years, making the possible absence of Dragic or young star Justin Winslow go unnoticed.
